That name you see up there...is often a name I am often referred when..
A. People can't remember my name after I've probably told them about mmmmmmm 17 times
or
B. People are either drunk or know someone with a similar name and figure i wouldn't tell the difference.
Its hard having a different name. Trust me I've seen my name spelled in like 4 different ways all look more retarded as they come along ( Aquille, Akio,Akeem Ikiel, ....)
The worst part is when people I've just met will ask me if i know so & so and such & such just because they're confusing my black ass with another dude they met once upon a time (i was once asked if i was still attending Princeton university??!?!?!.
Well as my luck would turn out...according to the Devil that is Facebook...there is a dude out there from our city named.....AKEEM ROBERTS.. I MEAN C'MON REALLY!!!?!?!?!?
Its cool though...all this means is that Im going to have to challenge Mr. Akeem to a highlander style type duel....THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE
