Osheaga

So i decided last minute that i would attend my first Osheaga show... no one to go with so i strolled around dolo for the day... one of the few times i wished i had a camera..

First off, i was really happy to see the amount of montreal bands the festival puts on. it really allows us to shine amongst all the international headliners.. that being said, i watched sets from Parlovr and The Stills.

In all i saw:

• Jesca Hoop
• Donovan Frankenreiter (Marvin Gaye roasting weenies with the Beach Boys.. hahaha)
• Parlovr
• Caracol (end of her set when she was having all the technical difficulties)
• Eagles of Death Metal
• The Stills (I rode the metro here to come rock!!)
• The Roots
• Coldplay

There is no question that the Roots were the best band of the day. Super versatile, lots of energy and the only show of the day that made me really want to dance!
